Returns & Refunds
- What is your refund/return policy?
If we have provided you with an item that is not identical to the one you ordered, we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the relevant amount if:
- The product is returned to one of our Click & Collect points within 30 days of purchase
- The product is unopened and in the original condition it was sent
We do not refund any packing and postage charges, therefore, return of undamaged goods for a refund exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. Alternatively, customers can personally return unopened goods to one of our Click & Collect points, after which refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days. In certain instances, we may not be able to acquire the vintage you ordered, and we will exchange it for an alternative vintage or refund you.
We are a small business, and while we do our very best to ensure that we stock quality wines that meet a wide range of budgets and palates, we are unfortunately not in a position to refund or exchange wines that did not match your personal preference. For this reason, we encourage customers to contact our liquor boutique manager, a wine expert, should you need advice or help on our product selection.
- How can I make a return?
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise for your order to be returned to The Refuel Station. Please note that any returns that is not the fault of The Refuel Station will be charged at a set fee of R200 before any refunds are done. Alternatively, customers can personally return undamaged and unopened goods to one of our Click & Collect points, after which refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days.
- How do I get a refund?
Contact us on email@example.com and we will respond to your refund request. Refunds will only be processed once the products have been returned to The Refuel Station and the products are still in the received condition. Refunds will be processed in the same way as your payment method, therefore, if you used a credit card the refunded amount will reflect onto the card used within 1-5 days of a refund confirmation.
