The Dome Merlot

Description

Deep dark colour, concentrated aromas of ripe cherries, as well as mulberry, plum and tobacco leaf on the nose. The fruit flavours from the nose follows through onto the complex palate with olive nuances. Refreshing acidity with a lingering length on the finish. Serve at 16 to 18 ˚C. Pairs exceptionally well with substantial foods such as grilled and barbecued lamb, beef, kudu, ostrich and springbok
