Description
A difficult variety to grow but ideally suited to the lime-rich soil and cooler climate on the farm, this sophisticated yet light red wine offers cherry & earthy aromas that linger on the palate. A well-balanced wine due to smooth tannins through careful oak maturation.

Fermented for 14 months in 3rd and older fill French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation finished in the barrel prior to racking and blending.
