Description
Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this dry Rosé redeemed its brilliant pink colour from the short skin contact. Full exotic cherry and raspberry aromas, with a lingering creaminess on the palate.
Appellation: McGregor (in the Robertson Valley of South Africa.)

Winemakers Comment:
The grapes were handpicked between 06h00– 09h00 at temperatures between 12 º C -15 º C. No acid adjustments were made. The juice was left on the skins for 2 hours after which it was taken off the skins and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
