Laibach Chenin Blanc Sur Lie

Description

A new and very scarce Organic Chenin. This wine is an estate wine and made from the oldest Chenin vineyard on the farm. Their winemaking also pushes the boundaries and that is why they can produce this unique wine on fantastic Simonsberg – Stellenbosch terroir. A gorgeous nose with lots of pineapple and tropical tones. White peach also quite pronounced. The palate explodes with fruit and tropical aromas. The acidity is beautifully balanced and the wine has a lovely lingering aftertaste. A wine to be enjoyed on its own or to match with an array of dishes. Drink 2020—2025.
